How long will it take to arrive?
2-3 days: (US only) (2nd-Day-Priority) if your order weighs more than 13 ounces or if purchasing a bulk item (outside US 6-11 days). Orders less than 13 oz. are shipped ground (3-10 days, depending upon your distance from Ohio). When will my order be shipped out?
Orders are usually shipped out same day or next business day.

No refunds for any lost shipments outside the U.S. The reason for this is that we are not able to track any packages once they leave the U.S. border.
